Module Registration
Within a few days of your application, you should receive an email from SISG notifying you of acceptance and indicating which module(s) you may register for. You will be given access to a dedicated Registration site once your application has been approved. If you do not hear within 4 days of applying, please email us:

Use the Permit Code (also called Promotion code) provided with your acceptance to Register for Modules.
If you were not awarded a Scholarship, you will be asked at the time of Registration to enter Payment details.
Lodging Registration
On the registration site, you will have the option to choose dates that you require dormitory accommodation on GT Campus. Dormitory accommodation is mostly for scholarship recipients but is available to all other participants.
Georgia Tech Dormitory:
Georgia Tech’s Zbar Apartments come as 2-, 4, or 6-bedroom Apartments. You will have a private bedroom and have a shared bathroom, kitchen and common space. Zbar Apartments are located 7 minutes walking distance from Kendeda building where classes are being held and 4 minutes walking distance from the West Village Dining Hall.
Cost per night: $71 including tax, linens, bedding and towels.

Food Options
There are plenty of restaurants in the near vicinity of Georgia Tech campus. Georgia Tech’s West Village Dining Hall offers door rates for breakfast, lunch and dinner available to all of our participants. All meals are all-you-can eat style buffets. Please indicate in your registration if you are planning to eat at the West Village Dining Hall so that we can be prepared for the number of people.
