We offer accommodation at our Georgia Tech dormitory on GT Campus. This is mainly for Graduate Students but available to all other attendees as well.  

GEORGIA TECH DORMITORY 

Please note that no over-night guests are allowed at Georgia Tech dormitory. 

Georgia Tech’s dormitory come as 2-, 4, or 6-bedroom Apartments. You will have a private bedroom and have a shared bathroom, kitchen and common space. GT dormitory is located within walking distance from Kendeda building and EBB (Krone Engineered Biosystems Building) where classes are being held.  

Cost per night: $75.57 including tax, linens, bedding and towels *see below for more details!  

Please note that Georgia Tech’s accommodation is designated as dormitory-style housing, primarily accommodating students during the academic semester. These apartments are minimally furnished with only basic furniture. They do not include kitchen essentials, wardrobe hangers, or other personal or household items, so participants should plan to bring any additional necessities they require for their stay. For your own comfort we recommend bringing your own pillow, sheets and towel.  

While there are plenty of stores nearby for essentials and groceries, they may not be within walking distance. If you plan to purchase additional items for your stay, please arrange for delivery or use a rideshare service to transport what you need

  • Linen package: 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel, fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillowcase

    Food Options

    There are plenty of restaurants in the near vicinity of Georgia Tech campus. Georgia Tech’s West Village Dining Hall offers door rates for breakfast, lunch and dinner available to all of our participants. All meals are all-you-can eat style buffets. Please indicate in your registration if you are planning to eat at the West Village Dining Hall so that we can be prepared for the number of people.  

    Dining Hall door rates: Breakfast – $10.25, Lunch – $13.25, Dinner – $16.75
